I have twice input my payment detail and twice been told it was authenticated….and yet twice been told you couldnt take payment at this point?????? so what do I do next ???

Hi –
After reviewing the account I can see that there aren’t any upgrades or charges made to this user account. Do you think they could’ve been attempted from a different username?
Once a charge is successfully processed on our end you’ll get an emailed receipt notification from us.
I would also suggest asking your bank to make sure they aren’t blocking the charge. Sometimes they do that automatically assuming it’s fraudulent.
