avevo il pagamento automatico per il rinnovo del sito, come mai orami trovo una “multa” da pagare …
MI fareste sapere? In caso di multa da 80$ saremo costretti a chiudere il sito e/o passare su di un’altra piattaforma,

You let your domain expire about 40 days ago. The $80 is because your domain is now in the redemption period before it is released to the public.
This is not WordPress.com’s fee, but the domain registrar’s and if you want to maintain your domain name, that is the fee you will have to pay the registrar regardless of where you take your site.

I thought I cancelled my one year account with WordPress but just got word from Pay Pal that you are billing me for another year.
Please let me out!!!! My first payment was a complete loss of $99..
I could not figure out how to build my site and never used it…..

I’m quite worried, .. now I need to check also if wordpress take money from my credit card!
Anyway I don’t undestand why wordpress not advise me (or us) about payment deadline ect.
Now there is no way without pay a really big fee???
Is this wordpress.com or what??
Please help us to find a solution in order to save or blog/work.

Please read this entry > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/ Notice that it’s not WordPress.com that requires the redemption fee. It’s the domain name registrar who kow owns your expired domain that sets the redemption fee.

I completely understand .. But wordpress not advise us: i had automatic payment renew… Anyway why now i can not find payment form/link?

jmcgrathart, I checked your account and see that you successfully cancelled your upgrade renewal. You won’t be charged for that renewal, and your upgrades are set to expire on October 30, 2013. Please feel free to contact us separately if you have any further questions or concerns about this.

I waited for domain expiration process and I paid in order to purchase
(first) at regular price the domain as your suggestion, but now I’ve the
problem with DNS, and wordpress staff cancelled my purchase… and now where is my money..? and how many time I need to wait in order to be online with my domain???
