  How i will be charged on my first payment ?
  Will i charged an amount on every month on my debit card ?
  Or Do i need to pay the full amount through debit card ?

  All the payments for subscriptions or domains are made annually. WordPress doesn’t support monthly payment system as of now.

  So, if you are buying any subscriptions/plans you have to pay full amount in starting.

  – This means If you are planning to buy any of the plans that WordPress offers or you want to register a new domain with WordPress.com then you need to pay on annual basis.

  On the payment page plans are shown on monthly basis but all the plans are billed yearly. Here is the link for that:
