  our no ad £25 renewal fee did not work as we were in process of changing payment method, This has been updated, will you re charge so that we can get this put on please

  Hi there,

  We have not sold the No Ads upgrade as a stand-alone upgrade since 2015. Sites that already have it can continue using it as long as they renew, but once it’s completely removed from a site it’s not possible to restore it any more.

  I’ve tried adding it to your site manually. Please renew it from the Purchases page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  If the system won’t let you renew it, it means it’s already been too long since your original upgrade expired, in which case the only way to remove ads from your site will be to upgrade to one of our paid plans instead.
