  My G Suite for is about to expire in a few hours. I have logged in but find no option to renew. All I see is I have G Suite basic and it appears to be on auto pay. I can’t view which payment method. I’ve tried the drop down menu and that doesn’t give me any option except to manage licenses. Please help.

  Hi there, I see from your other forum thread that a friend set up your WordPressdotcom site for you. Is it possible they also paid for your site upgrades?

  Is this for the domain, kmmobilenotary.com?

  The G Suite subscription for that domain, as the domain itself, belongs to a different account who is also the owner of that site – your account is just an admin, not the owner. The account that owns the site and domain is pastorrodakins

  Our logs show that account cancelled the G Suite subscription on this domain earlier today, so we no longer control that email. If you wish to continue using that email address, you’ll have to contact support at Google directly to claim that account.
