  You can buy a pre paid debit / credit card at many places – but there is no ability for cash or bank transfers

  No there isn’t. There are only two payments options. They are major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal from supported countries only.

  Also note that you can attach your bank account to your PayPal account. You can create your PayPal account at http://paypal.com
