  I’ve selected a plan but have no information on how to pay. I’m not paying personally – the UWE UCU Branch is paying. They have authorised the payment (£240 p.a.) but don’t know how to pay it.

  Hello again, all WordPressdotcom support is handled by written means; LiveChat and email support for upgraded site and these forums for free sites. There is no phone support.

  What is the address of the site you want to upgrade?

  Here on WordPressdotcom, the person who registers the website is the site owner and can pay for any upgrade plans. However, once we know what website is involved, we can give you further advice.

  As WordPress.com doesn’t accept Purchase orders, cheques or BACS payments I think you’ll need to pay with your own debit/credit card and then get reimbursed. You can print out a receipt once you have paid.
