There are no active subscriptions under your account – is it possible that you have another WordPress.com account that you created with a different address?
If so, log into the correct account and you’ll be able to cancel your subscriptions from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.If the purchase was made less than 30 days ago, you’ll be refunded. The exception are the domains that can only be refunded within the first 96h:
