  Hi, i dont wish to continue with WordPress. please can you let me know how i can be reimbursed if the payment has been made already
  DO i have a cooling period

  There are no active subscriptions under your account – is it possible that you have another WordPress.com account that you created with a different address?
  If so, log into the correct account and you’ll be able to cancel your subscriptions from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  If the purchase was made less than 30 days ago, you’ll be refunded. The exception are the domains that can only be refunded within the first 96h:

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
