Hi there,
Currently we do not have a monthly subscription option for our upgrades, only a yearly option. You can find out more information regarding our plans here:
http://wordpress.com/pricingLet me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Hey there,
Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for andersondovilas.com and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. I downgraded you from the Premium Plan back down to the Personal Plan.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Take care,

Hello there,
The WordAds program has a minimum traffic requirement before your site can be accepted. Once you have reached that amount your site will be automatically accepted in.
Alternatively, with the premium subscription you will be automatically accepted into WordAds.
If you decide to go that route, once you have paid for Premium go to WordPress.com/plans/my-plan
Scroll down to the bottom, there will be a button labeled Start Earning, click on that to join WordAds.
Fill out your info and you will be all set.If you have any additional questions please feel free to ask.
Best,

Once you submit an application to join WordAds we will review that information. The exact traffic requirements are not publicly available.

I am trying to take my site back from personal to premium because I still have $ 48 credit.
-
Hi there,
The credit you see on the Plans page is the value of the Personal Plan that you’ve already bought for $48.
If you want to change that to Premium, you need to pay an additional $48, as the cost of Premium is $96. That is what you did before, after which you asked us to downgrade you and refund the second payment.
-
Since I already have the plan. so I Just need you use to use the other 48 to send me back to premium
-
There is no other $48. The second $48 you made to us yesterday was already refunded by my colleague when you requested that we downgrade you further up in this thread.
The $48 “credit” you see is for the $48 you already paid for the personal plan. To upgrade to premium you must pay another $48, in other words, the credit here is just the difference in cost you have to pay. It doesn’t mean you get the premium plan for only $48 – at the end of the day you will still pay the full $96.
