  Hello, about two weeks ago I accidentally paid for my WordPress account. $120 was taken out of my account- At first, I wanted to pay for it, but I changed my mind and immediately canceled the purchase as I wanted to run my blog under no payment plan. The second time, the transaction was accidentally put through, which was my own mistake, but once again I canceled the subscription. I received an email telling me that my money would refund into my account within 10 days, but still no luck. When I check my bank account, the transactions have disappeared, and I have no clue why.   Hi there!

  The transactions have disappeared because you canceled them. Sometimes, when you cancel the purchase immediately after, the charge has not yet settled and so, instead of charing and refunding, the transaction will simply disappear from your account.
  In another words, you have never paid for your purchase.
