  Can i buy the premium wordpress but pay each month and not at the beggining? Its very expensive for me so if i pay each month i can hundle it.

  As per WordPress policy, you have to pay annual charges upfront as there is no provision for monthly payments.

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from the date of purchase on plans. The refund period for domain registrations, if bought with a plan, is 96 hours.
