I am with the American red cross in Arizona. We paid for a Blog theme back in January 2020. We paid for the Busines package for a year. ($25 per mo.) While trying to create our Blog site including the paid theme, WordPress continues to ask for payment.
We are absolutely upset this Blog just takes payment and ignore the client request for a complete refund or allow the theme to be activated so we can finish the site.
We have sent you copies of the credit receipt without any response. We are going to contact the BBB and Consumer Protection to file against this company.

redcrossaznm.wordpress.com, doesn’t show a history of having upgrades, nor does the account you are messaging us from.This leads me to believe that maybe there is another site and/or account involved here that you are referring to. Is this the case?
Is there another website URL involved here that is where the Business plan was purchased for a year upfront ($25 per mo.)? If so, what is that website URL?
