  I was charged last month without knowing I even had that charge and requested full refund, was told I had been issued the full $96 refund, but nothing has gone into my account. Please advise.

  Hi there,

  We processed the refund back to you on 4/7 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
