  Hi, I accidentally paid for the 12-month package which came to a total of 59USD when in reality I only wanted to pay for the first month. Is there anyway in which I can undo the payment and only have a free-month-trial?

  Upgrades are charged annually not monthly. There is a 30 day refund window (96 hours in regard of domains).

  @isaroau, there are no charges on your account and there are also no plans that would cost 59USD so it makes me think you have purchased a hosting elsewhere.

  You will want to reach out to your host directly to cancel and obtain a refund.
