  You’re going to have to be more specific. I’ve guessed at the question you could be asking:
  1 – About upgrading plans?
  2 – About getting a refund of a payment you didn’t mean/want to make?
  3 – About monetising your site?
  Please be more specific if none of these were the question(s) you were asking.

  1: You can read all about different plans by going to My Site > Plans (which includes pricing) or https://wordpress.com/support/plan-features/. If you want to try out features of the paid plans, that will require you to upgrade, but WordPress offers a full 30-day refund on all plans if you aren’t happy with it.
  2: If this is the case, please say so and tag this thread with modlook and refund.
  3: Check out https://wordpress.com/support/monetize-your-site and ask here if you have any more questions.
