2 – About getting a refund of a payment you didn’t mean/want to make?
3 – About monetising your site?
Please be more specific if none of these were the question(s) you were asking.1: You can read all about different plans by going to My Site > Plans (which includes pricing) or https://wordpress.com/support/plan-features/. If you want to try out features of the paid plans, that will require you to upgrade, but WordPress offers a full 30-day refund on all plans if you aren’t happy with it.
