    Hello! I need help with the last payments made on the (email visible only to moderators and staff) mail. No payments appear on my account but yet I lose money every month. Maybe it all the payments come from an lost account. I would like to to stop every future payment, membership or domain. Thank you in advance.

    Hi, I don’t see any upgrades associated with this account. Could you confirm whether the charges say wpchrg.com on them? If they do, can you go to wpchrg.com and use the secure form to find the account and contact billing?
