  I am not able to make payments, neither by card (debit card) nor by net banking. Please help me out.

  Hi there,

  Your bank/credit card company is declining the charges with the error, “Your card does not support this type of purchase.”

  So you most likely need to specifically enable your card for online and/or international purchases first. Please contact your bank directly for help with this.
