  Hello, I have bought a plan but I decide that I will not use it how can I get my payment back. Please advise

  Hi, we can help with that. We just need you to log into the correct account first.

  Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.

  A payment has coming out of my account & i dont know what account it is on as i no longer use them. How do i stop all payments please?

  If it’s a WordPress.com related charge, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
