  Hi, this is FADI Abdelhak. I am in the process of launching my website, ieltsandessay.com. However, my Amex card didn’t go through. I called America Express, and they verified the validity of the card. Please, help. Thanks.

  I don’t see any failed payment attempts for this WordPress.com account, which means the credit card details were never even submitted to us. Please clear your browser cache or check if it works in another browser.

  If you receive an error during checkout, on which step does it occur, and what is the exact text of the error message?

  Yes, that’s the domain I want to purchase and I am signing up for the Pre I’m plan. I’ll try your advice and use a different browser, then get back to you. Meanwhile, how do I clear my browser’s cache, please? Thanks.
