I just set up the blog this morning. I went through the payment process to set me up with the Premium account as well as a subdomain name from our company site. I never received a confirmation or anything…

Have you made sure to check your spam folder, as it can sometimes end up there?
I can confirm that a site was created and upgrade for WordPress.com premium added to your account. See: http://blog.delmarcargo.com/
Since you are able to log in to the forums here, you can use the same username and password to access your site. Just go to http://wordpress.com and log in. Once you have done that, click on the “My Blog” tab to find links to your site and it’s admin dashboard.
Also, be sure to double check your email settings here: https://wordpress.com/settings/account/
Our activation email (and renewal reminders) would be sent to the address on file there. Make sure it is correct and up to date.
