  Hi @nakeventsuk, I don’t see any upgrades under this account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not?

  Or, use wpchrg.com to look up the charge and contact Billing directly.

  I’ve done this and I deleted my account some time back (over a year!)
  When I click on purchases under my account it says I do not have a sight
  Under billing history there is nothing nor any card information on here
  Why have I been charged when I have not given any details!?

  This is because the charge that you’re referring to is not associated with the user account that you are signed in to. It’s connected to a different account.

  You’ll be able to look up the charge and contact our billing team directly from https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ With out knowing which site you were billed for there’s nothing else we can do from the forum.
