Hi, our service has been withdrawn for non-payment, but this was paid on 24th September. What do I need to do to resolve this?

Of what upgrade, on which site are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here has never owned any upgrades on WordPress.com.
If you’re speaking of the Business Plan on the site at uwtel.co.uk, that plan belonged to a different user on that site, and has not been renewed recently.
I do see a payment on 24 September on that account, but that was for a new Business Plan purchase on a completely different site.
If that other user perhaps bought the plan for the wrong site by mistake, they’ll need to contact us directly so we can help move the plan to the correct site. They can either comment on this thread to do that, or they can contact live chat support at https://wordpress.com/help/contact.
