  I just paid $25.00 for my domain and it is suppose to be free for one year. Why is it asking me for payment now?

  Hi @hereweare1962, I don’t see any upgrades on this account. Can you log in with the account you used to make the purchase, then reach out again here?

  Also, the domain name is free for the first year with a paid yearly upgrade. If you did not opt for that, you would need to pay for your domain. Please do log in with the correct account and reach out directly with that link so we can sort this out.
