Payment after canceling

    Hello,
    I tried downgrading my account from $96 to $48. Then I canceled my upgrade altogether. However, I was charged the $96 to my account even after you said my money would be refunded. This is not ok. I would like my refund ASAP.

    We refunded the full cost of your $96 Premium Plan renewal. The first $48 was refunded on 28 August when you downgraded to Personal, and the remaining $48 was refunded on 31 August when you cancelled that Personal Plan. You can view the receipts for both these refunds in your account billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    Refunds can take up to ten business days, or sometimes two billing cycles, to appear in your account, depending on processing times at your bank. The second refund on 31 August was only processed on our end two days ago, so if you don’t see it in your account yet, it means your bank is still processing it on their end.

    Please contact them directly if you haven’t received the refund after ten business days.
