Payment and Billing Error

  Stumbling into my first foray with WordPress, I paid for a site that I eventually got anyway with bluehost. PayPal has registered a deduction of $48.00 from my account. But my sister, who has a WordPress site, received a message saying that HER site was being upgraded. How can we fix this?
