payment and domain issue Modlook

    I bought the domain tutorlabacademy.com on the 9th of September for £100.80. At the time my email address on the account was (email visible only to moderators and staff). I changed my email address from tutorlabuk@gmail.com to tutorlabacademy@gmail.com When I purchased the domain tutorlabacademy.com in September the email address on the account was tutorlabuk@gmail.com. I’ve changed it to tutorlabacademy@gmail.com I can’t see my domain but I can show you the confirmation email to show that I purchased it. Can somebody please reach out to me and help me please.

    Hi @tutorlabacademy,

    I understand you can’t access the domain you paid for.

    As per checking, this site is owned by a different user. You’ll need to log in using the owner’s WordPress.com account so you can see this site in your list.

    Unfortunately, we can’t provide any information about the site owner for safety and privacy reasons.

    I also checked your account. There are no active subscriptions for (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    If you think there’s a mistake, please provide any proof that you indeed own the site.
