payment applied to wrong account

I purchased a premium package in Sept for my new blog and was not ready to start building my site yet. Six weeks ago I fired up the laptop to build my site, went to process my domain and get things processed and it would not apply my already paid payment. Come to find out WP applied it to my existing account. So I request to have the payment transferred to the new account, no problem says WP. That was 6 weeks ago. Since then I have asked two more times with no success. When I contracted customer service I was told all three times someone from billing will contact me in 24-48 hrs to fix the issue. No one has contacted me. I have been waiting all this time to proceed with completing my site and getting it up and running. Thanks WordPress for not helping me and for taking my $100. I am a small business owner in the U.S. Thanks WordPress for nothing………..

The account you’re using to post here has also never before contacted support, except for this thread created one hour ago, and the one in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/payment-does-not-work-and-i-cant-get-help-with-it/ created an hour earlier and which I’ve now deleted as a duplicate.
So you are logged into the wrong account.
