Payment authorized but nothing happened

Payment authorization
I was trying to get a personal domain name for my blog manuelgarciacartagena.wordpress.com. I filled up all the required cases, even those of my visa credit card data, but when I pressed enter to complete the action, I received a message telling me the transaction was cancelled by my bank. I thought there was a problem there and I used another credit card. This second time, I received the same message but a minute later, a man from my Scotiabank account called me asking if I authorized the payment for US$26.00. I said yes, but now I don’t see any message from you telling me my payment was received. What can I do?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there Manuel,
I seem to have trouble finding the failed transactions. Did you attempt the purchases on an account apart from the one you’re using now?
There may be a number of reasons why you could be getting an error while making a credit card payment, and it could be one or more of the following:
* Credit Card hasn’t been activated yet
* Closed credit card account
* Account is over the limit
* Account is past due
* Automated fraud alertThe last one is the most common, and a quick call to your bank telling them about your purchase on WordPress.com should sort out the problem. Please try that first and see if you’re able to pay with your credit card. You may also pay using a debit card with the Mastercard or Visa logo on it. If you’re using Paypal funds, make sure that you have enough funds to cover the cost of the upgrade.
Here’s more information on our accepted payment methods:
Let me know if you run into further problems. Thanks!
