Payment blocks keep reappearing after having been deleted.

On my homeschoolsunshine.com/coaching/ page, I have additional payment blocks (the unwanted blocks all show pink) that I have deleted MANY times. I have gone to the actual page (not just editing or preview) and they are not there after deleting, but the next day, they reappear on the editing page, preview page, and actual page. This has happened a dozen times at least. I have cleared my cache, but that hasn’t helped. Not sure if I have to copy the content to a completely new page? Thank you!
