payment button does not work

    hello, i followed the tutorial to add a payment button onto my site. unfortunately, when an outside user clicks the button to send a payment for services, it provides the following error:

    Sales disabled

    We are sorry, the sales on this site are currently off.

    I do not see any way to enable sales on the site. My payment block is set up, the settings allow for a user to select their own payment, and my stripe account is connected. Can you please help?

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi @therogueranch, it looks like we’re having trouble with your Stripe connection.

    Can you try disconnecting then reconnecting it here?

    You might also reach out to Stripe to see if anything was deactivated on that side. Please let us know what you find.
