Payment Button Not Working

I am trying to contact support, because we are trying to upgrade to a business site, but when we click the payment button, the payment will not submit. Looks like the payment button isn’t working. Any tips?

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Dashboard> Store > My Upgrades

Staff will need to know the following information to help you.
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com
.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/(c) Exactly what you experience including what any error reports you receive state. Screenshots are helpful. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide for screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

As timethief just mentioned, it would be useful to give us information about the device and browser you’re using.
Please also provide a step-by-step description of how you’re trying to upgrade, and if you get any error messages. I’ll be happy to help sort this out!

I have tried from a computer and a lap top…
Both using Chrome 46.0.2490.86
There are no errors, just when I press on the button nothing happens.
