Payment by bankwire (can't make Paypal work for me)

Hi! Is it possible to pay for a Premium account (80 EUR) by bankwire?
I have a Paypal account with adequate funds in it, but when I try to use it in order to pay for the premium account, the system demands that I introduce a credit/debit card. Then when I try that, it accepts neither my credit card, nor my debit card.

Below are the only accepted means of payment.
WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country.
In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.
The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

*** This isn’t the issue. The thing is, that I have money in my Paypal account, but don’t seem to be able to pay from it without feeding in a credit or a debit card – however, those cards that I try to feed in, aren’t accepted by the system ***

*** Let’s try this now… I have a Maestro card, whose symbol looks like the Mastercard symbol… let’s see if it works – well no, the WordPress system doesn’t recognize the Maestro card, which has 17 (rather than 16) digits. This card is directly linked to my bank account and debits it immediately ***

Oh – it does look like I could pay by echeck.
Now – when I go into my PayPal account and ask to pay by echeck, the PayPal interface gives the following:

So, in the first area, which email address should I indicate, in order to send an echeck to WordPress.com?
An additional question – as it says in the explanation, that an echeck takes 3-5 business days to clear, while an instant transfer method exists too, which takes no time to clear – is it possible also to make an instant transfer to wordpress.com?

WordPress.com accepts major credit cards, PayPal, and Bitcoin. If you would like to use an alternative method of payment, I would encourage you to review the options that PayPal offers for funding an account:
