payment cancellation problem

  Hello,

  We want to reactivate the site alixhypnoseetcoaching.com and renew the subscription (60 euros) but we are asked to pay 33 euros extra for a cancellation of payment we find unjustified since the mails were sent to us in English and we do not understand this which was asked. What can be done to pay only the subscription? thank you for your help.

  Nous voulons réactiver le site alixhypnoseetcoaching.com et renouveler l’abonnement (60 euros) mais on nous demande de payer 33 euros supplémentaire pour une annulation de paiement que nous trouvons injustifiée puisque les mails nous ont été envoyés en anglais et nous ne comprenions pas ce qui était demandé. Que peut-on faire pour régler seulement l’abonnement? merci de nous apporter votre aide.

  Hi Gérard Alix, when you cancel a payment through your bank rather than asking for a refund, we have to pay extra fees. The 33 euros helps cover that.

  If you only recently disputed the payment, you can get in touch with your bank and let them know the charge was not fraudulent.

  Please know going forward, if you have a question about a charge, rather than reporting fraud, you’d be welcome to get in touch with us. We can refund if you no longer want the upgrade, and it takes less time than an investigation anyway. I hope this helps!
