  Hi! You charged me via Paypal ((email visible only to moderators and staff)), but I can not find any memberships or plans that are not free. I used to have a premium plan, but as far as I remember
  I gave notice on time. Would you please help me with that one? Which account should that be btw? I have had several ones…

  Is there any other information you can share with us from the charge?
