Payment complete for upgrade which hasn’t applied

Hi, I have purchased an upgrade to Premium yesterday, the payment is showing as complete on my PayPal account but my account is still basic and the upgrade hasn’t been applied. I also have no confirmation email from WordPress, just a PayPal transaction confirmation. Can someone advise? Is there a way to contact WordPress directly about this?

I’m not seeing any transactions on this account, so perhaps you upgraded a site on another account?

How can I switch to the correct site?

Hm, that domain hasn’t been registered, and we definitely have no transaction history under the account you’re currently logged in to.
