Payment connect to wrong account

URGENT
Hello,
our sites have gone down and I can’t get hold of our tech guy as yet.It looks like our recent payment was placed against the wrong account, or something to that effect.
the main appears to be sitting as a free and the payment was applied to a domain account
Thats my best guess.
So I cant get the pathway detail as its set as a free account. and I cant link jetpack hence everything is down.
Our students are not able to access the LMS to study. URGENT PLEASE.
