Payment Currency for Upgrade

  I have just received an offer for a 30% discount if I upgrade today! )))
  
  I am from the UK and want to pay in GBP or USD, however when I click the link in the email, it shows me the price in Turkish Lira, from when I lived there Circa 2022.
  
  Can we change the currency to GBP or USD, as I live in the UK and US.
