Payment debited from my card but transaction does not show in my billing history | Premium plan not activated

  I have a credit card statement entry with WordPress “Unique Code” BUT my wordpress account does not show any previous transactions. How do I access this? Please help!

  Are you sure you are logged in to the account that made that purchase?
