Payment declined

  Hi I want to update my blog to a .com page, (sinrumbyapedal.wordpress.com) but when I want to pay , (paypal) the system decine my payment, its could be a trouble from wordpress? Thank’s and sorry for me English.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am afraid you will need to contact PayPal (our payment processor). They have chosen to decline the transaction and have directed us to ask you to contact them for an explanation.

  Thank`s for the reply, the site is now working, I Could pay by credit card. I don´t know why paypal declined the transaction before… Thanks!
