Payment declined

    Good Day.

    I was busy making payment for the Premium plan, the purchase went through at my local bank from which I received notifications, but your website/paygate gave me an error.

    I spoke to the necessary people at my bank and they also supplied me with the authorization code for the successful purchase.

    Please advise on how I can go about to get this sorted ASAP as I need to get a website done in a couple of days.
