  Paid using Mastercard ,My account has been reduced .How do l check if its wordpress error or my bank error.

  The website said card declined but already my account was deducted, cant it just decline without deducting my account?

  Hello –

  I double checked with our payment team as I was not seeing any charges on your account. They verified that we did deny the payment and did not process any charges.

  I suggest getting in contact with your bank about the charge that is showing up and try the payment again with a different card.

  I would get in touch with your bank first, to let them know that you are going to make the purchase so they do not block it.

  Ok for now i need a refund first from the bank the i start the process. Let it reflect back so that i restart the process.
