Payment declined

    We have entered four cards and you have declined them all? Please advise.
    Yes we have money in all four accounts!!!!

    Thank you for doing this, I didn’t realise at the time I frantically wrote the post that I was doing so to the group forum and not to an agent of word press directly so thank you for flagging them in this post.
    I will look forward to their reply and in the meantime have started on a free site!

    Did you see a specific error message when trying to add a card for payment, or did it just fail quietly when you clicked the Pay Now button?

    Did you add the cards via the billing history page, or on the Checkout page while trying to pay for an upgrade?

    I can see payment details for three different cards stored in your account, but I don’t see any attempted payments with error messages. If it failed when you tried to Pay Now on the checkout page, it means the payments are being blocked on your bank’s end. Please contact them and make sure that this is not the case.

    Hi Kokkieh,

    Yes we have since been contacted by the bank and they blocked the payments for security reasons!? Guess this is a good thing. Apparently they have certain sites or certain unusual transactions that don’t tie in with your usual transactions so they block them, it was odd as I used one of my cards and then 2 of my husbands so different banks and different people.
    Thank you for taking the time to respond.

  • This happens, and while inconvenient for both us and for you it’s overall a good thing.

    You should be able to tell your bank to allow the transactions, and then they’ll go through. Another option is to set up a PayPal account if you don’t have one already, then you should also be able to pay via PayPal.
