payment declined by still withdrew money twice

  It said the card was declined, but still withdrew money twice from my account, and an extra fee, and it didn’t apply the coupon.

  Hi there!

  I can see two purchases one for SEK 840.00 and another for SEK 714.00, both declined so you should not see these on your account statement. If you still see those charges, I’d suggest reaching out to your bank for more information as those payments didn’t go through.
