I attempted to make a payment of ₹6,598.56 on 15-Nov-2024 for my account. However, the transaction was declined by my bank.
I’m concerned about losing access to my domain and would like to ensure the payment is completed successfully. Could you please confirm the next steps I should take?
Additionally, if you can temporarily hold my domain or services while I resolve the issue, I’d greatly appreciate it.
