  Hi
  I had a campaign for that I paid. I got a feedback from your team that the payment was denied.

  Below the message that I have received
  ‘ Your credit card used for this campaign was denied, and we were unable to process the payment of $50.00.

  Please instruct how to clear this issue.

  Is that right? If so, that campaign has completed and the payment was received.

  The campaign mentioned is correct .

  If I understood correctly, the issue is solved, as a matter of fact there was no issue because the payment has been received.
