Payment didn’t work

    Hello!

    I’m almost done with my website and tried to purchase one of my products/services. When I did it on my computer where I’m the admin, it worked. However, when I tried to purchase on my phone (who is completely new to the site), the money went away from my bank account but it didn’t appear on my site and I didn’t get an email or anything, not as the buyer or admin. So now the money has just disappeared.

    And again, when I tried it on the computer, everything worked. I got an email both as the buyer and admin, it showed I had gotten a purchase on my admin panel and the money successfully came back to my account. So I don’t know why it didn’t work on my phone or what has happened to my money.

    I desperately need some help!
