  Hi, I’m having a difficult time getting my payment through when purchasing my plan. I emailed this morning and no one has gotten back to me.

  Staff will respond to all threads with datestamps prior to this one in datestamp order and work their way forward to the most recent one. They have a backlog so be patient.
