    I have contacted the customer service and asked the forums but I still can’t get any help from any of them. Can you please re-enable payment on my site, I have to pay for a domain and now I can’t because I’ve been disabled.

    Can someone just assist me please? It’s so painful that when you need to be assisted by customers, it takes forever you get assistance. I’m really really tired of waiting.
    I legit had to text some of the staff on Instagram.
    PLEASE?

  • Hi @theakosuaakessie, our forums staff and volunteers can’t help with this. But you should see a message saying your purchases are disabled, and “contact us” will be underlined because it’s a link. Can you click that if you did not already?

    That link will help you contact the right team, and if the payment was flagged in error, they can fix it.

    Also, going forward: when you reply to yourself in the forums, it actually makes it harder for staff or the community to notice you need help, because it appears you’re already engaged in a conversation. Entering multiple threads/tickets for the same problem also causes issues.

    Going forward, if you need help, please enter one request, then sit tight and someone will help you. Same goes fo the payment inquiry: one request is best.

    As they will be helping with this issue, I’ll go ahead and close out this thread. Thanks!
