    Hi there, I cannot upgrade my account plan as its says, ‘payments are currently disabled’. Kindly enable my payments soon as I need to set up my website in the shortest time. Thank you

    I checked your account and your ability to purchase upgrades has indeed been disabled and you should’ve received a notification in your dashboard in regards to this. We cannot assist you in the forums, but use the notification on your dashboard to reach our payments staff and they will address this issue with you.

    Hi, thanks for the reply, I messaged them but received no reply at all. I’m completely hopeless in that they’ll check and read my message. Could you please refer me or give me some contact link or something so that they will read my message and assist me.

    I have gone through the forums related to disabled payments, and I came across this link https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/payment-disable/ in which you have fixed the same issue I guess from your side, is my issue different from the one in the link that your cannot resolve it from your side?
