payment done but no result

    i just transferred my domain from godaddy to WordPress : http://www.50001.in

    a personal plan was also added making it to 1920/- including taxes

    payment was done using net banking successfully but soon after bank site closed an internal error was shown on screen on payment.atomtech.in

    1920/- amount has been deducted from my account. kindly check and do the needfull.

    This is a public forum. Please do not post any billing-related information or personal contact information here.

    I can see both the Personal Plan and the domain transfer upgrade on your account, both in our internal logs for your account, and on your own Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases.

    If I view the My Site dashboard for your site, I also see the Personal Plan correctly indicated there.

    So everything on our end is as it should be. If you saw an error on your bank’s end during the payment process, please contact their support team directly to ask about that.
